An event is a production with an audience and no second take. The difference between one that works and one that merely happens is almost always preparation: a run of show that accounts for the weather, a supplier list that has been used before, and someone whose only job on the day is to watch the schedule.

How we run an event

• Concept and budget. A written concept and an itemised budget before anything is booked.
• Venue and suppliers. Venue scouting in Tirana, Durrës and along the coast, with suppliers we have worked with before.
• Production. Technical drawings, staging, sound and lighting plots, run of show and rehearsal.
• On the day. A production manager, a stage manager and a content crew, so the client can host instead of firefight.
• Afterwards. Edited film and stills delivered within days, while the event still has social value.

Why the film matters

Most of the people who will ever experience your event were not in the room. The recap film, the photographs and the short vertical cuts are what carry it to everyone else — which is why we plan the content at the same time as the staging, not as an afterthought once the lighting is already in the wrong place.
