    Video is the part of an agency that is easiest to promise and hardest to deliver. It needs a director who can protect an idea on a difficult day, a producer who can keep a schedule honest, and an edit suite that does not disappear the week you need a change. Butones was built around production first — the strategic and digital work grew out of it, not the other way round.

    What we produce

    • TV and cinema commercials. 15, 20 and 30-second spots, plus the cutdowns and regional versions broadcasters ask for.
    • Brand films and corporate video. Longer-form films for launches, anniversaries, investor decks and recruitment.
    • Social-first video. Vertical content built for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, shot to be native rather than cropped down from a 16:9 master.
    • Product and food film. Tabletop, macro and high-speed work for FMCG, restaurants and retail.
    • Photography. Campaign stills, product catalogues, portraits and event coverage, usually shot alongside the film to share crew and set.
    • Post-production. Edit, motion graphics, colour grade, sound design, voice-over casting and subtitling in Albanian, English and Turkish.

    How a production runs

    • Brief and treatment. We write a treatment before we quote, so everyone is buying the same film.
    • Pre-production. Casting, location scouting in and around Tirana, permits, storyboards, schedule and a budget that separates fixed from variable costs.
    • Shoot. Crews sourced locally where possible; specialist roles brought in from Istanbul when a job needs them.
    • Post. Two rounds of revisions built into every quote as standard, with all masters and source files handed over at the end.

    Working between Tirana and Istanbul

    Albania has excellent locations and rapidly improving crew depth, but for certain jobs — high-speed rigs, large-scale lighting, specific post-production finishing — the fastest route is still a partner team in Turkey. Having both means we can quote a small, fast local shoot and a full commercial production with the same people managing it.
